Keep control with paper and pencil

Children are control freaks. They need to know where they are going. How we get there is the adventure and learning.

Every start to the week, we sit down to review calenders. Using paper and pencil we make plans, lists and check appointments.

Learning to experience where the boundries and the limits are. Everywhere we ask questions. Everywhere I do something I come across limitations. Decisions need to be made: what’s next? What’s now?

I can do anything! Why couldn’t you?

“If you’ve had the experience of binding a book, knitting a sock, playing a recorder, then you feel that you can build a rocket ship- or learn a software program you’ve never touched. It’s not a bravado, just a quiet confidence.

  • There is nothing you can’t do
  • Why couldn’t you?
  • Why couldn’t anybody? ”

Learning new things

Using paper is high tech! But sometimes I like to play with cool toys - especially when I can share that with family. Work even. Nozbe is one of those things that helps reduce some of my recycling piles. Enables me to share projects.

Life’s purpose: dreams and questions

Children have many dreams. Want to try out and at the same time question everything.
